What document would I need to open an account?

For identity verification purpose, two documents will be required;

  1. Emirates Identification card (Front and Back) or Passport (minimum validity of 6 months)

  2. Proof of residence in form of utility bill/ rental contract/ internet or phone bill/ bank statement dated within 3 months

Based on your residence situation you will need to send different documents:

  1. I own my home or am a registered tenant of a rental unit
    Kindly send us ONE of the following documents by replying to this message:
    i.
 Utility bill (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA), or phone bill dated within the last 3 months;
    OR

    ii. Registered proof of ownership or rental agreement (Ejari for Dubai, or Tawtheeq for Abu Dhabi); OR
    
iii. Bank statement or insurance policy dated within the last 3 months

  2. I share my accommodation and am not a registered tenant
    Kindly send us the following TWO documents by replying to this message:
    i. Utility bill (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA), internet bill, a rental contract, or bank account under spouse, parent or flatmate's name dated within the last 3 months;
    AND
    ii. Bank statement dated within the last 3 months showing full, legal name.



  3. I’m staying in a hotel apartment for at least 6 months
    Kindly send us ONE of the following documents by replying to this message:
    
i. Tenancy contract signed and stamped by the hotel management or landlord
;
    OR

    ii. Letter from the hotel management team with your full residential address and accommodation tenure dated within the last 3 months.

  4. I live in company-sponsored accommodations
    Kindly send us ONE of the following documents by replying to this message:
    i. Letter by the employer that confirms your accommodation dated within the last 3 months
;
    OR

    ii. Bank statement with full residential address dated within the last 3 months.

  5. My residential situation isn’t listed here
    Kindly send us ONE of the following documents by replying to this message:
    i. Utility bill (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA), internet bill, a rental contract, or bank account dated within the last 3 months.
