FAQs
What counts as a qualifying deposit?
After applying the promotional code, make a minimal total deposit of AED 2,000 into any of your StashAway portfolios, within the campaign period (11 March 2024 to 19 April 2024).
Qualifying deposits must come from fresh funds. For deposits to qualify for the giveaway, funds must be reflected in your StashAway account by the last day (19 April 2024) of the campaign period.
To be eligible for the campaign, qualifying deposits made during the campaign period must remain in the portfolio at least until the campaign ends, requiring the portfolio value to exceed the initial portfolio value at the start of the campaign period.
Do I need to apply the voucher every time I deposit?
No. You only need to apply the voucher code once, and your subsequent qualifying deposits will be recorded.
How do the entries work for the giveaway?
After applying the promotional code, every deposit within the campaign period contributes to the total number of entries in the giveaway. Eligible participants can accumulate a maximum of 5 giveaway entries within the campaign period. Do note that multiple deposits within the campaign period will be summed up to calculate the total number of entries into the giveaway.

Do I have to deposit fresh funds to qualify?
For existing customers, you have to deposit fresh funds to any of your StashAway portfolios and apply the promotional code to qualify for the campaign.
What is considered an eligible StashAway portfolio?

When will the winners be announced?

StashAway 2024 Ramadan Giveaway Campaign
StashAway 2024 Ramadan Giveaway Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by StashAway Management (DIFC) Limited (“StashAway”) from 11 March 2024 to 19 April 2024 (“Campaign Period”). During this Campaign Period, participants may enter the Giveaway with their StashAway account by fulfilling the following terms and conditions.
Free investing promotion
- Each promotional code can only be applied once, anytime, by 19 April 2024, and the minimum deposit amount required will have to be made by 19 April 2024.
- Enter the promotional code in-app before making a deposit. A minimum deposit amount is required to activate the promotion code. The respective promotional code will only be applied to your first deposit of at least AED 2,000.
- The promotion only applies to new deposits made into your portfolios during the campaign period.
- We'll activate your promotion code 1-2 business day(s) after we receive your funds.
- StashAway reserves the right to make changes to the promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
Eligibility for the Giveaway
- To qualify for the draw, participants must make a deposit of at least AED 2,000 within the campaign period.
- The campaign period is between 11 March 2024 and 19 April 2024.
- Participants must enter the promotion code in-app **before** making a deposit. The respective promotion code will be applied to their next qualifying deposits within the campaign period.
- All qualifying deposits must come from fresh funds.
- The deposit(s) can be made to any of the StashAway portfolios.
- The accumulated deposit(s) can be made across portfolios.
- Deposits must be reflected in the StashAway account by the last day of the campaign period (19 April 2024) for them to qualify for the giveaway.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Rules of the Draw
A minimum deposit of AED 2,000 will earn eligible participants an entry in the Draw. Eligible participants can accumulate multiple giveaway entries during the campaign period. Do note that multiple deposits within the same campaign period will be summed up to calculate the total number of entries into the giveaway. 3 eligible participants will be selected at random to receive the prizes (“Winners”). The Draw will take place on 9 May, between 9am and 6pm.
Notification of prize winners
The result of the Draw will be published on StashAway’s website. If you are a Winner, you will be contacted via your StashAway registered email within 7 days from the draw date (“notification”). If we do not receive any response 14 days after the notification or you otherwise do not comply with the terms and conditions of the draw, you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize, and StashAway may select another eligible participant at random for the prize.
The substitute Winner will be contacted within 7 days of the original Winner's forfeiture, and the same terms and conditions herein shall apply to the substitute Winner. Any prize left unclaimed thereafter will be forfeited and may be disposed of in any manner at the discretion of StashAway.
General Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Campaign, eligible participants shall have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:
- StashAway reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions from time to time in which the notice of such change, amendment, deletion, or addition shall be published on the StashAway’s website https://www.stashaway.ae/
- In case of any dispute, StashAway's decision shall be final and binding.
Personal Data
By participating in the Campaign, you agree that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed by StashAway and its authorised third parties for the following purposes: (i) processing and administering matters relating to the Draw, including communicating with you and/or any third parties sponsoring the prizes for purposes related to the Draw and the StashAway’s legal, operational and business needs; (ii) publication of the result of the Draw on StashAway’s website or social media channels; (iii) promotion or advertising purposes in relation to the Draw; (iv) to comply with any applicable law in relation to the conduct of the Draw; and/or (v) such other purposes as the StashAway may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which you have otherwise provided or have been deemed to have provided StashAway with consent, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
